Buffalo native Lamont Rutherford II, is a respected community leader and law enforcement officer. He serves as both a Police Officer and a City Marshal. He also holds a position on the board of trustees for the Afro-American Police Association & NABLEO. During his time with the Police Department, Lamont Rutherford II has focused on becoming a pillar of the community, providing representation, and interacting with youth at community events year after year.
In addition to his public service, Rutherford is a successful business owner and investor, prioritizing his family, health, and the pursuit of success. Lamont Rutherford II acknowledges his challenging youth and credits his grandmother and father for instilling kindness and resilience, shaping him into the leader he is today. His ultimate goal is to inspire positive change in his community while continuing to grow an innovative Security Company to continue being efficient in keeping others safe & secure.
Allen Ferri
Allen Ferri's distinguished career in service and protection spans decades. As a retired marine, he honed his skills and discipline, which he further developed during his over 10 years of specialized security experience. From serving as a reserve officer with the Buffalo Police Department, a U-Crest Cheektowaga Fire Fighter, and being tasked to assist the secret service in counter terrorism operations during a major political event, Allen Ferri has continuously demonstrated his unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of the Buffalo, NY community.
As one of the original founders of the Buffalo Security Team, Allen Ferri is driven by his passion for service and extensive experience. This specialized security firm is dedicated to providing top-tier on-site security staffing solutions. The team comprises a highly skilled and experienced cadre of active, off-duty, and retired police officers, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of protection.
